Boostfundr Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms

    • By accessing or using Boostfundr, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

  2. Eligibility

    • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use Boostfundr. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

  3. User Account

    • Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

    • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

  4. Use of the Platform

    • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use Boostfundr for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

    • Campaigns: Campaign owners must use funds only for the purposes described in their campaign. Misuse of funds can lead to account suspension or legal action.

  5. Payments and Transactions

    • Fees: Boostfundr may charge fees for using our services. These fees will be clearly disclosed before transactions are completed.

    • Payments: All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for any payment processing issues on their end.

    • Refunds: Refunds are generally not available for contributions to campaigns unless explicitly stated or required by law.

  6. Intellectual Property

    • All content on Boostfundr, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Boostfundr or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

  7. User Generated Content

    • By posting content on Boostfundr, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving our services.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    • Boostfundr is not responsible for the actions of users or the success, failure, or legality of any campaign. We provide a platform for fundraising but do not guarantee outcomes or endorse projects.

  9. Indemnification

    • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boostfundr and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

  10. Termination

    • We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

  11. Changes to Terms

    • Boostfundr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page or via email. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

  12. Governing Law

    • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  13. Dispute Resolution

    • Any disputes under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United Arab Emirates, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
